By joining Nine to Five Closed test you understand and agree to the following non-disclosure agreement (NDA) terms:

• Do not capture or publish gameplay content, screenshots, or videos
• Do not make copies of the game
• Do not reverse engineer the game or mess around with the code
• Do not live stream from the online Closed test sessions

Any breach of the NDA will result in the banning of the account from all present and future Redhill Games live phases, including but not limited to technical test servers, alphas, and betas and may have legal consequences.
